Permanent make up post procedure instructions

Eyebrow clients:
  • Apply Vaseline ointment 3-4 times per day until your face is done peeling. This is especially important after cleansing and before bedtime.
  • You may apply make up over the treated area, removing make up with Vaseline – only.
  • Do not pick at the epithelial crust.

Eyeliner clients:
  • Apply antibiotic appointment 4 times per day for seven days.
  • Do not wear contact lenses during the procedure and for 48 hours after.
  • No make up for one week; please purchase new mascara upon renewed use.
  • Use Gen Teal PM if you feel dry and irritated.
  • Stop using eyelash enhancement serum for 3 weeks before and after the procedure.
Lip clients:
  • Apply Vaseline or healing ointment for 14 days.
  • Stay out of the sun up to six weeks.
  • Try to keep toothpaste off lips while healing.
  • Do not use 24hour lasting lipstick for 6 month.
  • Try to avoid friction and contact with the lips.
In general:
  • Avoid strenuous activity for 2 days.
  • Do not expose treated area to the sun.
  • Do not use soap or cleanser contains acid. You may rinse with water and lightly pat the area dry.
  • Do not expose the treated area to full pressure of water in the shower.
  • Do not soak treated area in bath, swimming pool or hot tub. Do not swim in fresh, salt or chlorinated water for 14 days.

Failure to follow post treatment instructions may cause loss of pigment, discoloration or infection.

Keep in mind that colors appear brighter and more sharply defined immediately following the procedure. As the healing progresses, color would soften. Make up maybe used to tone color down.

Your appointment for a touchup procedure may be made in approximately six weeks following the initial procedure.llow it to flake off its own.
